Chad was born and raised here in the Metroplex, and graduated from Howard Payne University with a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Management. Chad worked for the nations two largest home builders, worked in commercial real estate and was co-owner of a new home construction company, but his true passion is helping people buy or sell their home.
